For several years now, our family-operated fishing operation has sustainably harvested sockeye salmon in Bristol Bay, Alaska. Each summer leaving our families behind to work the rigorous schedule that provides nourishment the rest of the year.

The wild-caught salmon is processed fresh and flash frozen to preserve quality and taste but also to ensure raw consumption is safe.

Once processed, it is brought home to Kauai to bless the communities around the island.
